2025 Rates

Pricing for Day Rentals is a 2 hour minimum and all daytime rentals must end by 4PM. 

All rentals are to end no later than 12 midnight and set-up is permitted 2 hours prior to the

rental start time.  Any rental function that creates a disturbance or issue may in a warning

from the hall chaperone.  Any and all further issues following a warning, the chaperone may cease

the function immediately and the board of trustees will be contacted.

*Kitchen usage along with ice machine and serving bar area for all rentals

is included in the initial price.

*Outside caterers and alcohol are premitted.  CATERERS MUST HAVE INSURANCE.

Proof of insurance must be made available upon the venue's request.

Animals are not permitted on or inside the premises at any time with the exception for service animals.*

*Proper certifications and identification information must be made available upon request*
