| Early this morning at 01:13 hours, the volunteers of the Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 (Montco 43) were dispatched to the 800 block of Lesley Lane in Radnor Township, Delaware County to assist on a working dwelling fire.
First arriving units of the Radnor Fire Company reported heavy fire through the roof of a large single family dwelling. Crews began an aggressive interior fire attack but due to the fire load and worsening conditions command requested a 2nd alarm, followed by a 3rd alarm a short time later.
Squad 43 responded as an additional engine company on the 3rd alarm assignment. Upon arrival the crew supplemented company staging until being placed in service in the fire building to relieve intial crews and assist in opening up for further fire extension, wetting down hot spots and overhaul.
